The role

In this role, you will get exposure to front- and back-end matters across the employment, regulatory and safety space.

This includes working with government and major corporations across various sectors on:

• safety issues.
• strategic management.
• prosecutions and coronial inquests.
• day to day (such as HR policies and procedures).
• compliance.
• terminations.

About you

You will be a lawyer or associate with experience working in employment law (ideally for employers), but they are also open to employee focused lawyers looking to make a change. This role is suited to candidates 2yrs+ PAE.
