About the Role:

Support the leadership team in leading daily operations across the business

Drive team performance and lead from the front on customer service

Ensure stock accuracy, visual merchandising and trade presentation standards

Coach and motivate the team to achieve KPIs and deliver top-tier service

Be across safety, compliance and trade retail best practice

What You'll Bring:

Retail leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

A proactive, energetic style - you're not afraid to get your hands dirty

Confidence with POS, stock control systems and leading a diverse team
