About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to oversee the operations at Chooks. As our Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a passionate team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving the financial performance of the store. This is a full-time and hands on position, and we are interested in applicants with management experience, as well as those looking for their first senior position in the industry.

What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of store operations, including rostering, ordering, and general operations.

Fostering a positive and productive work environment, managing time effectively to delegate and complete day to day tasks.

Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests

Participate in receiving stock, food preparation and cleanliness procedures.

Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Collaborate with the owner on factors such as menu creation, store operation and growth opportunities.

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in frontline QSR industry. Takeaway food of any kind

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, Works well in a team

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in stock control/turnover and budget management

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What we offer

At Chooks we offer extremely flexible working hours between 8:00am and 9:00pm, with the potential for rosters to vary each week if required.

Meals are also provided for all staff whilst on shift.
