About the Role

Plumb Well Solutions, located in Brighton East, VIC, is seeking a skilled and qualified Plumber to join our team. In this full-time role, you’ll play an essential part in delivering top-notch plumbing services to residential and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities

Address and resolve a variety of plumbing issues, from minor repairs to major installations.

Diagnose plumbing problems and recommend effective solutions.

Perform routine maintenance and preventative work on plumbing systems.

Communicate with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.

Adhere to regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Provide guidance and training to junior plumbers, as needed.

Accurately document all work performed and materials used.

Work on new home projects, renovations, and maintenance tasks.

Requirements

Certificate III in Plumbing.

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a qualified plumber.

Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems and regulations.

Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

A meticulous eye for detail and a dedication to high-quality workmanship.

A valid driver's license and White Card.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
