About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated plumber to join our team in Reservoir, VIC. As a full-time Plumber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality plumbing services to our residential and commercial customers in the local area. What you'll be doing

• Responding to customer calls and diagnosing plumbing issues
• Performing a wide range of plumbing tasks, including roof repairs, gas lines and repairs blockage drains using high pressure jetter and cctv, drain dig ups, water line renewals and repairs, hot water installations, and maintenance
• Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant codes and regulations
• Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a maintenance plumber
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with clients
• A commitment to safety and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• A positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
