For more than 17 years HBC Australia Pty Ltd & Luxe Fireplaces has been at the forefront of the Sydney/NSW fireplace industry creating bespoke fireplaces and supplying luxury, designer fireplaces to some of NSW’s most prestigious homes and hotels, as well as collaborating with well renowned architects and designers. Our warehouse is based Annandale.

Warehouse / Store person

About the role

This role will be a full-time permanent position in our warehouse.

Opportunities to develop skills

In this position you will learn all facets of warehouse and dispatch and your skills will be applicable in all departments.

The core of this role includes receiving, picking, packing and dispatching orders.

Skills and experience required

Eligibility to work in Australia

Excellent attention to detail

Must be physically fit

Ability to work with a small but effective team with a willing and can-do attitude

Knowledge and experienced in the warehouse environment.

Your duties will include, but not limited to:

Receiving, Picking and packing customer orders

Loading/unloading

Restocking shelves

Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment / house keeping

Ensure the company OH&S requirements are adhered to

General as labor and warehousing duties

To be successful, you will need to have:

Previous experience in warehousing

Excellent attention to detail and good written and verbal skills

Understanding of modern warehousing practices and methods

Must be physically fit with the ability to lift up to 25kg

Ability to work within a small to medium but effective team with a can-do attitude

Computer literacy is an advantage but not a requirement

Must have Forklift License and experience.
