As an experienced and dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will deliver evidence-based advice and assistance to people living with a disability, their families, and their care team. Your person-centred approach will focus on reducing the impact of challenging behaviours to enhance the quality of life of the person with a disability through the creation and implementation of positive behaviour support plans.

For this role you will:

have an ability to utilise data collection tools, collate information, analyse and prepare functional assessments and developing comprehensive behaviour support plans

have an ability to work independently and also collaboratively in a team environment.

provide training and support to families and participant care teams
