With a focus on great food, cold beer, and friendly service, the venue runs a steady bistro, bar, gaming, and events trade. You'll be backed by supportive senior operators who want you to succeed and grow within the business.

About the Role

As Hotel General Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations across bar, kitchen, and gaming. You'll lead a solid team, manage rostering, ordering, compliance, and customer service - ensuring the pub runs like clockwork. It's a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Your Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in venue or pub management
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Sound understanding of compliance, RSA/RSG, and licensing
• Solid experience in stock, roster, and cost control
• Confident under pressure and solutions-focused

Qualifications to have:

• RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues)
• Approved Manager's License
• Gaming Nomination & License
• Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) certification
• QLD RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
• QLD RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling)
