We are seeking a STEEL FABRICATOR / RIGGER to join our Tottenham based workshop. We have a fantastic team and are ideally looking for a skilled individual with a can-do attitude to join us as we continue to expand and exceed our clients expectations.

About the business

Cevisco are located in Tottenham supplier of residential and commercial structural steel a long side the LGS (Light Gauge Steel Framing) department. We are undergoing a strong growth period while working on numerous exciting projects for various major clients in the region.

The Role:

We are seeking skilled structural steel prefabricator / rigger for permanent and casual roles. The suitable candidate will conduct the following:

• General Fabrication of structural steel and Light weight steel (workshop based)
• On site Structural steel installation/welding
• Casual/Full time position 6:30am-3:00pm Monday to Thursday 6:30am-12:30pm Friday
• Loading and unloading of materials.
• Keeping track of materials used/stock levels and notify management
• Maintaining a clean workspace
• Ongoing support and training

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant Trade Qualification
• Current Drivers License
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol tests
• Positive can-do attitude and good work ethic
• Team player
• Willingness to learn and improve
• Good communication
• Demonstrate a strong attitude towards quality and safety
• Can work unsupervised and is self motivated
• White card (Construction Induction)

Desirable skills and experience:

• LF (Forklift)
• Working at heights and 12m> boom ticket
• Dogmen/Rigging tickets
• First aid
• HR License
• Be able to teach and mentor apprentices when required
