Pay: $35/hour flat rate.
Shift: Mon - Fri, 6 - 5pm.

Pilbara Cement Supplies is a WA family-owned and operated business. We specialise in the delivery of dry bulk cement and lime products in pneumatic tankers throughout Western Australia. Our workforce delivers to some of the most remote mining operations in the state, and we have a transport depot and heavy vehicle workshop in Parkeston.

We’re looking for a fit, active, and reliable General Hand to join our team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, being outdoors, and is looking to grow within the transport and logistics industry. Initially, your primary duties will be washing tankers and opening / closing hatches, which requires a fair amount of climbing up and down scaffolding steps and tanker ladders. As you develop your skills,you will have the option to progress into the mechanical or truck driving parts of our business - our previous General Hand / TA is now doing his mechanical apprenticeship with us.

What You’ll Do:

Wash and detail trucks and trailers.

Open and close tanker hatches.

Assist the mechanics with various tasks.

Work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Help maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Who You Are:

Physically fit and enjoy hands-on, active work.

Comfortable working outside and in all types of weather.

Responsible and dependable.

Safety-conscious.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Previous experience in vehicle washing or detailing.

Mechanical aptitude.
