The Role:

At Doltone Hospitality Group, we’re evolving. As we continue to expand into exciting new ventures and strengthen our core operations, we’re looking for a proactive, solutions-focused Systems Support Coordinator to join us on the journey.

This is more than just a support role – it’s a career-building opportunity to drive innovation, streamline systems, and make a tangible impact across a dynamic hospitality group.

Key responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining our POS and purchasing platforms

Rolling out stocktake processes, audits, and financial reporting

Supporting invoice processing and helping to enhance automation workflows

Building and managing a centralized Support System for fast, trackable resolutions

Collaborating on key projects to innovate and streamline system workflows

Create and manage inventory databases

Work closely with the Finance team to enhance invoice automation

Monitor and maintain a company-wide Support System for efficiency and SLA tracking

Collaborate across departments to ensure system rollouts are smooth, innovative, and effective
