About the Role

You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, leading cycle counts, and working closely with warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure stock availability and accuracy. This is a crucial role that combines system work with physical inventory handling.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP or other ERP systems

Perform regular cycle counts and full stocktakes; investigate and resolve variances

Operate a forklift to move and verify stock as part of daily inventory management

Monitor inbound and outbound stock movements to ensure proper documentation and system alignment

Analyse inventory data to identify trends, shortages, and excess stock

Work closely with the warehouse, production, and supply chain teams to improve stock accuracy

Manage reporting of inventory KPIs including slow-moving or obsolete items

Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory control and warehouse efficiency

Ensure all inventory processes follow safety and quality standards

What You’ll Need

2–3+ years’ experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar role

Current forklift licence – essential for this hands-on role

Experience using ERP systems such as SAP
