We are currently seeking a Full Time Permanent staff member to join our team based at our offices in Sunshine.

The role

Reporting to the Information Management Coordinator, we are seeking an Information Management Compliance Lead who can bring their skills and experience in the following areas:

  • Provide specialist technical advice and administrative support in the processing and management of information, records, and archives
  • Create, Maintain, and Deliver Information Management and OpenText Content Manager training to Brimbank City Council staff
  • Perform statistical analysis and produce monthly reports on record keeping at Brimbank City Council

To be considered you will have:

  • Local government experience is desirable
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in information management and/or several years' experience with a record of achievement in information management
  • Experience in applying PROV standards and guidelines
