  • Monday to Friday, 35-hour work week
  • Hybrid work arrangement – 2 days in the office per week

Our NSW Government client is seeking a Shared Services Officer, Health Solutions to join their team in Burwood, NSW. This role involves the administration and coordination of health assessment services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support for a broad range of health and personnel services
  • Scheduling assessments and ensuring all relevant information is provided to facilitate attendance
  • Monitoring compliance with scheduled appointments and rescheduling as necessary
  • Maintaining accurate and secure records according to agreed procedures
  • Updating computer systems to ensure all information remains secure and confidential
  • Monitoring and managing payments to providers, including maintaining financial records

About You:

  • Strong background in customer service and administration, with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Experience with complex regulatory environments, ensuring timely processing of health assessments and meeting set time constraints
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams (experience with SAP is highly desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), data entry experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
