In NSW, before registering your car, you are required to purchase a Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Insurance policy (CTP/Greenslip) from one of only six insurers. That is where this role come in, and is one offering variety!

You will become part of an fantastic group of people who provide awesome service to our NSW customers with all queries related to CTP Insurance. On any given day, you could find yourself selling policies, making amendments, cancelling policies, and fielding general questions about CTP Insurance in general. If you take on the challenge of joining our CTP team at Youi, you will become a subject matter expert.

The role

• Onsite and full time operating Monday-Friday
• Tailored to our New South Wales customers
• Customer-focused role addressing all queries related to CTP insurance
• Selling policies, making amendments, cancelling policies
• Listening to customer needs and identify opportunities to add value
• Exceeding targets and enjoying the benefits
• Overcoming objections to close the deal
• Delivering awesome service to our clients
