The HMO Property Co is looking for a proven content creator to join our fast-growing investment and property team. We’re leading the co-living movement in WA – and we need someone who knows how to connect with people through content that performs.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Filming, editing and producing high-impact Reels and short-form videos

Creating and scheduling content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok

Writing blogs that align with SEO and uploading them to our website

Managing and updating website content (basic editing and content upload)

Developing monthly content plans in line with brand strategy and campaigns

Using CapCut, Canva, and Riverside to bring stories to life across platforms

Monitoring analytics and adjusting content based on performance insights

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Proven experience in a similar content, social media or digital marketing role

Strong ability to create video and visual content, write clear blog copy, and manage digital uploads

Skills in CapCut, Canva, Riverside, plus confidence in CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Wix, or squarespace.

A great eye for design and detail, with a structured approach to planning and execution

Comfort working both independently and within a team, with clear communication and deadline focus

Interest in real estate, investment, or personal development is a bonus
