About You

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of business process improvement and SDLC.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
• Experience in documenting requirements and user stories.
• Background in data, tech, AI, or experience in travel/retail is a plus.
