As a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant at MOR. Healthcare, you will be at the heart of our mission to bridge critical gaps in Australia’s healthcare system. Your role is pivotal in sourcing, attracting, and placing highly skilled nursing professionals into permanent roles across NSW, QLD, and NT.

You’ll take the lead in driving business development initiatives, building meaningful connections with healthcare providers, and expanding our client base. Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for nursing roles, ensuring seamless placements that meet both client and candidate needs.

Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates, rooted in trust and collaboration.

Source exceptional nursing talent through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.

Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to align candidates with opportunities where they can excel.

Provide tailored career guidance and unwavering support to candidates throughout their recruitment journey.

Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships.

Develop and execute innovative business development strategies to expand our footprint in the healthcare sector.

Collaborate with healthcare leaders to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

Work closely with our team to refine and implement forward-thinking recruitment and business strategies.

Ensure all recruitment activities align with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

About You

Proven track record in permanent nursing recruitment, with experience in the healthcare sector highly preferred.

Deep understanding of the nursing profession and the unique challenges within the healthcare industry.

Ready to bring in new clients from get go

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine connections.

Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
