Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with key enterprise clients in the Sydney region, ensuring long-term strategic cooperation.
Understand clients' supply chain needs and provide integrated logistics solutions including cold chain, warehousing, air & sea freight, and project logistics.
Coordinate internal resources to drive solution design, pricing, and implementation.
Collect customer feedback and market insights to support continuous product and service optimization.
Support group-level projects by consolidating customer requirements and aligning with local resources, participating in solution evaluation and communication.
Follow up on daily sales activities, ensure effective execution, and achieve performance targets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or key account management; experience in logistics, supply chain, or project-based service industries is a plus.
Proficient in both Mandarin and English, with strong communication and business negotiation skills.
Knowledge in cold chain, warehousing, or supply chain operations is an advantage; ability to quickly understand client business scenarios is highly valued.
Strong project coordination skills and ability to work across departments; highly accountable and able to perform under pressure.
A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
