An exciting opportunity currently exists for a Service Delivery Team Leader to join our team in a full time capacity. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to build strong relationships with key clinic staff and owners alike, and have a keen eye for detail and organisation. This role requires leading a team to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the service delivery team to achieve high standards of performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic staff, owners and doctors.

Monitor and improve service delivery processes and outcomes.

Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Address and resolve any service delivery issues promptly and effectively.

The successful applicant will have:

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

Strong leadership and team management experience.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.

Previous experience in Ophthalmics, Sales, Pharmacy, or Leadership roles is highly desirable.

A salary of $80-85k plus super is being offered on commencement, as is a work vehicle, laptop and mobile.
