Join a nationally recognised design practice at the forefront of shaping cities through impactful, human-centred design! As a Senior Urban Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with fellow senior team members and clients to deliver meaningful work across the public and tertiary sectors.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex, large-scale projects while being part of a supportive studio culture that values curiosity, collaboration, and design excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Shape and influence the urban design of public/tertiary projects

Work collaboratively with Architecture and Landscape teams on complex, multi-disciplinary projects

Work across master plans, site-specific DCPs, urban design analysis, SSDAs, SDRP documentation and planning proposals

Develop design, documentation, and coordination of projects of all scales

Involvement in projects from briefing to handover

Consult at a high-level with clients and consultants

Mentor junior team members

Skills and Experience

Relevant tertiary qualifications

Extensive post-graduate experience working within high quality practices

Experience on large scale, public projects is essential

Outstanding client and team liaison skills

Adobe suite essential, Rhino highly regarded, hand sketching a bonus

High level of design, visual and written communication skills

A true team player who can engage a team and work successfully within a collaborative environment
