Position Available:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the kitchen with food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Your contribution will be essential to the smooth operation of the kitchen and overall service quality.

Responsibilities:

Helps with food preparation by chopping, peeling, and slicing ingredients.

Supports cooking, baking, plating, and food presentation tasks.

Aids in stocking and replenishing food supplies and ingredients.

Assists with setting up and cleaning kitchen stations.

Follows the guidance of other kitchen team members.

Adheres to food safety and hygiene regulations.

May assist with packaging and plating food for takeout

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a kitchen, preferably in a restaurant or buffet setting.

Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.

Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Experience in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Prior experience in a kitchen hand or similar role is a plus.
