The Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team located in the Liverpool area, to service a diverse customer base, including government organisations, Insurance, Job Networks and more.

• Managing inbound and outbound calls as well as emails through our CRM management system.
• These may include but are not limited to booking requests, maintenance requests, ETA’s, quotes, invoice enquiries and more.
• Delivering fantastic customer experience from start to finish

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Customer service with excellent communication and listening skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel & Teams.
• Confident telephone manner.
• Excellent telephone etiquette with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

• Call centre experience
• Experience in a fast paced environment
