Recruitment Select is currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals for Storesperson / Factory Worker positions on behalf of our client located in the Benalla/Wangaratta area. These roles are within a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, offering a great opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team.

Multiple positions available across a consistent day shift or 3-shift rotation (day, afternoon, and night). While these roles are casual, they require the flexibility of full-time hours (Monday to Friday).

We are looking for candidates who are computer literate and comfortable navigating dispatch systems to send and receive orders. Full on-the-job training will be provided.

This role involves manual labour, so you will need to be physically fit and healthy. A current Forklift Licence is highly desirable.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

• Previous experience in stores or warehouse operations
• Excellent health and fitness
• Manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, with a positive attitude
• Strong team player

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing orders
• Invoicing sales orders for dispatch
• Checking inwards and outwards goods
• Moving stock between assembly and production areas
• Maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse and worksite
• Performing quality checks and following procedures
• Operating various machines across the factory
• Labelling, packing, re-work tasks
• Contributing to a team-oriented work environment
