Position: Sales Consultant (Call Centre)

Focus: Phone-based sales, handling warm leads, booking in and buying cars from customers

Key Responsibilities:

- Call and convert warm leads

- Provide excellent customer service

- Collect vehicle information to assist with pricing (supported by management)

- Handle customer inquiries

- Stay organized and proactive in a fast-paced team environment

Requirements:

- Proven sales experience, especially phone-based

- Background in sales and/or automotive preferred

- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team-focused

- Thrives in a high-energy, goal-driven setting
