About the role

We have an exciting full-time opportunity for an Allrounder in Vehicle Rentals to join our busy 1300 Meteor team in Mount Isa. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring they have a seamless rental experience.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting customers with vehicle collection and returns

Processing rental agreements and payments

Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the rental vehicles

Conducting vehicle inspections and managing any damage or issues

Providing advice and recommendations to customers on vehicle options and rental extras

Handling customer inquiries and addressing any concerns in a professional and timely manner

Assisting with inventory management and stock control

Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the rental operation

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, is preferred but not essential

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service

Attention to detail and the ability to accurately process rental agreements and payments

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

A positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude

A valid driver's licence and the ability to drive a range of vehicle types
