As a Brand Ambassador you will

Maximize sales opportunities and demonstrate customer excellence

Build rapport with people quickly, taking time to listen and understand what they are looking for with the aim of providing recommendations that suit their needs

Have the ability to understand and interact with people from various cultures simultaneously

Deliver a high level of customer service through exceptional communication, product knowledge and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet a customer’s needs

Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and proactively seek further information on new products and market trends

Ensure products and promotions are transacted to maintain stock and data integrity

Efficiently and smartly transacts, ensuring customers are well informed of their outgoing/incoming purchase limits

What you should bring along

Previous experience within beauty retail

A passion for delivering an exceptional customer service experience

Immaculate personal presentation

Strong communication skills

Multi-lingual advantageous, but not essential

The ability to work in a fast paced environment

Applicants with full availability (anytime from Mondays - Sundays, airport retail hours from early mornings to late nights) will be highly regarded.
