EMAK Communications & Civils Pty Ltd is a locally owned and operated company in Townsville. We require a Hydro Vac Operator / Labourers for ongoing works in Townsville and surrounding areas, with immediate start.

About the role:

This position is open to people who have experience in all aspects of Hydro Vac operation such as locating services, working with directional drilling crew and trench/pit excavation. Other duties may include assisting the civil construction team with installation of underground infrastructure.

The position does involve travel with a minimum MR truck licence essential for the successful candidate.

The position is generally Monday to Friday, average 38 hours per week + overtime and travel where required.

To be successful for this role you should possess the following skills and attributes:

MR Licence.

Construction induction card (white card).

NBN experience (preferred).

Physically fit for labour.

Must be able to pass Police check.

Civil construction experience is highly regarded.

Ability to take direction from management.

Reliable & Punctual.

Training can be provided for the right candidate but experience preferred

Remuneration based on experience.
