Customer Service Representative

Join our client, a leader in their field, and be part of a dynamic team that keeps operations running smoothly.

What's on offer:

  • $40/hour + Super on all hours and days | $68/hour + Super on Public Holidays
  • Rotating Roster | Early Starts from 5 AM | Weekend Work Required
  • Balcatta WA location

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Deliver excellent customer service while managing expectations effectively
  • Triage and process service requests via online systems, generating work orders for site action
  • Liaise with internal teams and third-party vendors to schedule works and resolve issues
  • Handle critical and priority requests with urgency and care
  • Achieve individual performance targets and support overall team success
  • Provide general administrative assistance and contribute to reporting requirements

What You'll Need:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer service or similar role
  • Strong communication skills and a positive customer-first mindset
  • Experience using Customer Request Management (CRM) systems
  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage time independently
  • Critical thinking skills and attention to detail

Shift Pattern:

  • Rotating roster with staggered shifts between 5 AM and 9 PM
  • Flexibility to work alternate weekends is essential
