The Role

The Aunty Grace Service Coordinator role is all about putting a smile on the face of our clients, making every experience a great one. As the team member responsible for arranging and scheduling the right services for clients, the Service Coordinator is focused on understanding the needs of clients and solving problems with a positive attitude.

Aunty Grace has a commitment to making everything easy and seamless for our clients. Nothing is too much to ask. The Service Coordinator embodies these values, so a client-focused, positive approach is critical to success in this role.

You will work alongside a like-minded team of customer-service people, Care Managers, care workers and health professionals to deliver great outcomes to our clients. Working with a large group of clients and being responsive to their needs will require strong organisation or prioritisation skills, and a willingness to ask for help and support others where required.

You will enjoy the satisfaction that comes with working together to make a true difference in people's lives, promoting and enabling your clients' health, wellbeing and independence.

To be a Service Coordinator with Aunty Grace, you must have:

Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced customer experience/customer service or admin role

Outstanding skills in building and maintaining customer relationships and managing client expectations

The ability to effectively juggle a high volume of tasks and competing priorities to maximise service delivery to clients

A National Criminal History Check / Police Check showing no disclosable Court Outcomes or Convictions, and no greater than 3 years since the date of issue

Desirable:

Experience working in customer service or service coordination/scheduling in either the Home Care Packages or Community Home Support Program, or other health or related fields (e.g. NDIS, hospital)

Demonstrated experience in effectively managing customer feedback and complaints

Experience working within or demonstrated understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards framework
