We are looking to add another Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to our awesome team of behaviour support practitioners, led by our CEO, a highly accredited practitioner and behaviour expert.

Given the nature of our workload in terms of its complexity, we are seeking a practitioner at Proficient or above who is able to work full-time and manage a full-time load of complex cases. Part-time options may be possible depending upon availability of yourself and the clients.

Aside from working with other behaviour support practitioners, the role works alongside our psychologist, social workers, youth workers, early childhood practioners, behaviour coaches, capability development officers, and organisational behavior practitioners. You will be exposed, both formally and informally, to a wide variety of clients from a diverse range of referral pathways, not just NDIS.
