Located in Tullamarine, our client is a global warehousing and logistics company offering 3PL for one of Australia’s largest convenience store chains.

We currently have multiple positions available on afternoon shift for experienced Pick Packers w/ LF Licence.

Loadout Operators:

3 - 5 rostered shifts a week. You will be required to be on stand by for non rostered days in case of any operational changes.

6 – 8 hour shifts depending on workload

Shifts commencing between 11:30am, 12:30pm, 1:30pm & 2:30pm (different start times as required)

Chiller pick packing, bulk picks, loading cages onto trucks using forklift.

$43.59 p/h + penalty rates after 6pm. Must be available every Saturday as a minimum.

Successful applicants will have previous proven pick packing experience working to pick rates (180 cartons per hour).

To be successful for this roles:

Previous warehouse and KPI experience a must.

You must be physically fit and able to pick cartons at a high pace throughout the duration of your shifts (180 cartons per hour) & push full cages ranging 150-300kg

You will be required to work in a very fast paced environment, adhering to strict KPIs.

MUST have LF Licence.

You will require a positive attitude with a strong focus of meeting daily targets.

You must be available Monday – Saturday.

All successful candidates will be subject to random and ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
