Your mission? To scope and implement CIT’s Digital Transformation programs and projects, including the pivotal Cloud Campus program.
You’ll provide essential guidance and artefacts that ensure the successful delivery of program deliverables and business process change initiatives. Working with project managers, you will engage with a variety of stakeholders to understand business requirements and produce a range of business analysis artefacts. You should have prior proven experience of producing deliverables within tight timeframes, building relationships, communicating effectively and influencing stakeholders.
This is a temporary position, and the role is for an immediate start, for an initial period of 12 months with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and Model: Dive deep into current and future business processes and information management environments.
- Define and Validate: Identify business problems and primary objectives, ensuring key requirements are met.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work with technical specialists and business SMEs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, gather and elicit requirements, as well as provide strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.
- Support and Guide: Assist clients in analysing their requirements for proposed business solutions.
- Coordinate and Verify: Lead requirement walk-throughs and sign-offs, ensuring stakeholder needs are accurately represented.
- Estimate and Plan: Develop estimates for human resourcing effort/cost for business analysis activities and design phases.
- Contribute and Deliver: Be a key player in a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks and outcomes.

Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately for an initial period of 12 months with the possibility of extension. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Opportunities for flexible working options could include hybrid working, being a combination of working from home, designated office based and FlexiSpace working locations across the ACT.
