About the role

Australian Motor Homes is seeking a full-time Reception / Registration Clerk to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has exceptional organisational and time management skills, dedication to providing excellent customer service and is seeking long term employment in a close team environment.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner

Answering incoming phone calls, transferring and taking messages

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date registration records for our fleet of 150+ vehicles

processing vehicle registrations, transfers and permits with RMS via dealer online portal

processing PPSR checks on second hand vehicle purchases

Ensuring paperwork is completed in full and accurately

Working with our team to organise vehicle inspections prior to customer delivery and/or registration expiry

Providing general administrative support to the wider team

What we're looking for

Must be able to pass police check

Must hold current drivers licence

Previous experience in a reception or customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

Proficient in computer skills

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records

A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well in a team

Flexibility to fit in with business needs
