About the Customer, Communication, and Engagement Branch:
The Customer, Communication, and Engagement team connects our community of internal and external stakeholders with Toowoomba Regional Council’s key information. The team is passionate about creating great experiences through internal communication, customer service, marketing, community engagement and media liaison. About the position:
The Customer Service Officer manages customer enquiries via telephone, counter, email and other channels to provide a high level of customer service.
- This is a permanent full-time position based in Clifton.
- The annual salary range for this position is $74,273.89 - $79,960.78 gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation.

How to be successful in this position:
- Hold the mandatory qualification(s), training and/or experience outlined under the 'Success Criteria' in the Position Description.
- Relevant skills and experience in a similar position will be highly regarded.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Demonstrated written, verbal, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Strong organisational ability in a busy environment.
