The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and driven National Quality Manager to lead and elevate quality standards across multiple sites. This role will be based in West Sydney and reporting to the Head of Quality, you’ll ensure products meet the highest standards of food safety, compliance, and customer expectations, whilst driving conituous improvement and best in class practices. Responsibilities include:

• Lead quality assurance and control processes across the operations of 5 sites.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety standards, including HACCP and BRC.
• Collaborate with production teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments, providing actionable insights.
• Oversee product quality from raw materials to finished goods.
• Manage customer complaints and non-conformance investigations.
• Develop and deliver quality training programs across the business.
• Lead a team of quality professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards.

Your Background

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in a senior quality leadership role within food manufacturing.
• 8 years' plus experince within a quality role.
• Degree in Food Safety, Science or a related field.
• Expertise in HACCP, BRC, and other relevant food safety standards and legislation.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
