Recruitco alongside our client one of the biggest fresh produce suppliers in the Northern suburbs is currently seeking experienced FORKLIFT OPERATORS for DAY and NIGHTS SHIFTS.

$30.95 DAY SHIFT AND $34.66 night shift with 8-12HR DAYS - FULLTIME OPPORTUNITTIES FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATES

This role is fast-paced and safety needs to be at the foremost of every applicant's mind. You will be required to assist the production teams to move packed produce from production areas to cool rooms and to also load and unload trucks as required. This position requires concentration and dedication to operating forklifts correctly and safely. you may at times be required to assist with lifting bags of produce up to 25kg manually. The work is located in Virginia and easily accessible, you will require a current high risk forklift licence, your own car and licence and at least 12 MONTHS operating forklifts in fast paced environments.

OWN CURRENT DRIVERS LICENCE

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OF 12 MONTHS MINIMUM FORKLIFT OPERATION

MUST BE AVAILABLE ACROSS 7 DAY ROSTER

MUST BE FLEXIBLE AND ABLE TO DAY OR NIGHT SHIFT AS REQUIRED

MUST BE ABLE TO COMPLETE OVERTIME WITH SHORT NOTICE

MUST HAVE OWN PPE - HI VIS SHIRT, JUMPER/JACKET, BEANIE, PANTS AND STEEL CAPS

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS

MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTARTE SAFE WORK PRACTICES AT ALL TIMES
