Acclaimed Workforce is a specialist recruitment and labour hire agency servicing wine, manufacturing and warehousing employers in key regional and metropolitan hubs. We are currently looking to add multiple roles for skilled Forklift Operators to work across various client sites based in the Barossa Valley for casual on-going work.

Key Expectations/Tasks

• Warehouse tasks including moving pallets of finished wet & dry goods, glass products (highly desirable)
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Working in a fast-paced environment
• Use RF technology in a logistics environment or willing to learn
• Operate in line with site safety policies & procedures, adhere to OH & S requirements.

To be successful in this role, you MUST have:

• Experience in forklift operations and hold a valid Forklift Licence
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Ability to work Monday to Friday
• Understanding of warehousing processes
• Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Good work ethics and a keen interest to learn new skills/tasks
• The ability to take directions and follow instructions accurately
• Great attention to detail & problem-solving skills
• The ability to pass the Acclaimed Workforce pre-employment criteria which will include a musculoskeletal assessment with a drug and alcohol testing
• A minimum of two (2) contactable, work-related referees must be supplied to be considered for this position.

Additional Information
The right candidates will meet selection criteria based on previous Forklift experience and pass a Forklift WHS assessment.

Applicants must possess unrestricted working rights in Australia. We are seeking long-term workers in the region. No 88-day Visa travellers or applicants residing overseas will be considered.
