About the role

Elite Produce Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and hardworking farm hand to join our team in Irymple, VIC. As a casual farm hand, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our farms, contributing to the growth and success of our produce.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with a variety of general farm tasks, including planting, harvesting, pruning and maintaining crops

Operating and maintaining farm equipment and machinery in a safe and responsible manner

Performing manual labour duties, such as lifting, moving, and transporting produce

Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the farm environment

Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations

Collaborating with the wider farm team to achieve production goals

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a farm or horticulture setting, with a strong understanding of agricultural practices

Ability to operate farm equipment and machinery safely and effectively

Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of manual labour

Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail

Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others

Willingness to learn and adapt to the evolving needs of the business
