About the Role We are exclusively recruiting for a large, community-based not-for-profit OSHC service that is known for its quality, strong values, and well-established school relationships. This role is ideal for an experienced Educational Leader or a senior OSHC professional ready to step into a leadership role.

As the Educational Leader, you will:

• Guide and mentor a team of educators to deliver exceptional care and programming.
• Lead the development and implementation of innovative and engaging educational programs.
• Foster strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and the broader school community.
• Support compliance and quality assurance in line with NQF and OSHC standards.
• Be a positive contributor to the service’s leadership and strategic direction.

• OSHC experience, ideally in a large and complex service.
• Previous experience as an Educational Leader is highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of the My Time, Our Place framework.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A true passion for mentoring and uplifting teams.
• NSW Working with Children Check (paid) and commitment to child safety and wellbeing.
