We are a custom fabric cover manufacturer in the marine sector exporting globally and are looking for an experienced sewing machinist to join our team.

Key responsibilities & duties

The role of Sewing Machinist is fundamental to our Australian Made production. As one of our sewing machinists you will work as part of a small professional sewing team in a modern airconditioned comfortable environment. We utilize well maintained computerized industrial sewing machines using high quality fabric and components. Our products are exported globally to many happy customers. Training on our patterns and assembly techniques will be given however a competent level of operation of industrial sewing machines is required.

Duties of the role:- Sewing Outboard Covers

Time:- 100%

Essential Skills Required:- Industrial sewing machine experience is essential, good written and verbal English skills. Ability to interpret pattern assembly diagrams and follow instruction steps.

Must have:- Quality, accuracy and pace

We utilise modern well maintained JUKI industrial sewing machines and have a comfortable airconditioned sewing room and factory facilities.
