About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer contracts from inception through to completion
• Coordinate and liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Review and assess contract documentation, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks
• Prepare and manage progress claims, variations, and final accounts
• Assist in cost control and ensure project timelines are adhered to
• Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy of contract records

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in contract administration within the commercial construction sector
• Strong understanding of D&C fit-out projects and commercial contracts
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
