Seeking an experienced Chef de partie to join a busy Italian restaurant in Penrith.

Must have experience in high volume pan work. Ability to work autonomously and rotate stock accordingly as well as take on ordering duties over time. Cleanliness is a must as well as good presentation of yourself. All applications are welcomed but must have good English speaking abilities.
