Opportunity for a Team Leader (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist) to join the Sydney CBD team is on offer.

The Job

• Inspire & lead a team of Rehabilitation Consultants
• Training, coaching & quality assurance
• Develop robust relationships with customers
• Work with a varied customer base including Insurers, Employers & Government across Workers' Compensation, CTP & Life Insurance
• A small amount of billable work, in line with the size of your team
• Contribute to a collaborative multi-disciplinary team environment

The Perfect Candidate

• AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist, or ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist
• 3 years'+ Workplace Rehabilitation experience in NSW, competent in all aspects of a Rehabilitation Consultant role
• Passionate about Workplace Health & assisting clients return to work, health & function
• A natural leader, you have experience coaching others
• A bright & enthusiastic approach
• Driver's licence
