We are seeking a MBA Program Manager to join QUT Graduate School of Business, Faculty of Business and Law.
QUT is seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented MBA Program Manager to join our high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success of one of Australia's top-ranked MBA and Executive MBA programs. In this role, you will be responsible for driving student recruitment and enrolment growth, managing program operations, and fostering initiatives that enhance student experience—particularly in areas such as industry engagement and career development. You’ll work closely with faculty, students, alumni, and industry partners to ensure the continued excellence and impact of our MBA suite. What you need to succeed
- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to the completion of postgraduate qualifications in business in conjunction with extensive relevant business development experience. An MBA or EMBA would be highly regarded.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring new professional services, business, and achieving annual targets. Demonstrated resilience to pursue and achieve recruitment goals.
- Highly developed interpersonal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience in writing compelling proposals and marketing copy.
- Demonstrated experience co-ordinating programs such as industry engagement events, international study tours, and professional career development programs.
- Proven high-level organisational skills, the capacity to work independently and to prioritise and complete tasks within conflicting deadlines. Experience in project management and demonstrated flexibility, initiative, commitment and dependability.
- A knowledge of, or ability to quickly acquire knowledge of, relevant QUT policies and procedures together with experience in interpreting, advising and implementing such policies and procedures, including Business School accreditations such as AACSB, EQUIS, and AMBA.
