Join a leading maintenance business specialising in retail and supermarket projects and maintenance. They're seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to coordinate a team of Building Maintenance Technicians carrying out preventative and reactive building maintenance work and minor projects.
Your new role
- Schedule and manage tasks for 10 technicians.
- Handle client enquiries and ensure timely resolutions.
- Support maintenance and project delivery.
- Keep accurate job records and update systems.
- Communicate with technicians, clients, and stakeholders.
What you need to succeed
- Organised, detail-focused, and able to multitask.
- A strong communicator with great people skills.
- Experience using Simpro software is beneficial but not essential.
