Role Overview
This role involves liaising with customers (Business to Business (B2B) environment) using Sweepers n Scrubbers’ products. It includes managing the warehouse and responding to customer phone enquires post sales/hire of equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately identify parts and components required by customers using parts catalogues and electronic databases.
Source, order, and receive parts from suppliers in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Perform stock management tasks, including maintaining accurate stock levels, performing stocktakes, and managing parts returns within our JIM2 application solution
Provide excellent customer service (mostly over the phone), including answering inquiries, processing orders, and providing advice on parts selection
Overseeing loading and unloading of goods using forklifts or other equipment
Document and update internal procedures
Timely and accurate processing of invoices
Stock management and ordering
Responding to service and warranty enquires
Liaising with overseas suppliers
Management of International Freight
Key Selection Criteria (MUST HAVE)
Minimum 12 months experience interpreting spare parts in the following:
material handling equipment,
automotive industry,
heavy plant, or
agricultural equipment
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Have intermediate computer skills
Strong communication and organisational skills
Able to self-manage time
Attention to detail
Desirable
Exposure to JIM2 Application solution or small business Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solution
Previous experience in a warehousing or distribution role
Medium Rigid (MR) Licence
Mechanical Background
Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations (Warehousing Operations)
Certificate III in Automotive Sales
Current Forklift licence
