The Opportunity

As our Retail Store Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience and driving operational excellence across both stores. Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Leadership: Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality customer experience aligned with our brand values.

Team Development: Leading and mentoring your team to foster a culture of engagement, creativity, and exceptional service.

Inventory and Product Management: Overseeing product flow and ensuring our shelves are stocked with exclusive imports from over 14 countries and our own Tom’s Sweets range.

Event and Activation Oversight: Collaborating with marketing to deliver engaging customer events and activations.

Performance Optimisation: Implementing strategies to maximise revenue, streamline operations, and boost customer satisfaction.

Commercial Acumen: Strong financial and operational management skills, including inventory control and budget management.
