About the Role:
A long-term opportunity exists for a professional and detail-oriented Housekeeper to support the daily operations of a private family residence located in Caboolture. This position requires a high level of discretion, trust, and autonomy, and would suit someone with prior experience working in private homes or executive environments.

Position Details:

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

Location: Caboolture, QLD (Own transport essential)

Type: Part-time employment contract at $35ph

Term: 3-5 years

Probation: 3-month probation period

Start Date: Flexible for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities:

General regular house cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, dusting

Laundry, washing, ironing, folding

Changing bed linen and towels (sheets once per week, towels twice per week)

Cleaning and maintaining bathrooms, toilets, showers (in main home and executive suite)

Fortnightly air vent cleaning, BBQ and oven cleaning every 6–8 weeks

Emptying bins throughout the property and replacing liners

Maintaining cleanliness across all areas including bedrooms, shared spaces, kitchen and executive suite

Limited ad hoc tasks and occasional receipt of deliveries

Autonomously following a task list provided by the homeowner via a communications board

Ideal Candidate:

Reliable and flexible

Able to work independently and demonstrate trustworthiness

Excellent attention to detail with strong initiative

Prior experience in private homes or stewardship roles preferred

Confident with dogs (family pet is present on site)

Long-term commitment (3–5 years preferred)

Willing to undergo a National Police Check if shortlisted for the role - at the employers expense

References from previous employers
