Our client is a boutique retail business looking for an experienced Customer Service professional to join their close-knit team and support their growing customer base from Head Office. With a collaborative, people-first environment and a strong focus on customer satisfaction, they’re seeking someone who can hit the ground running and add value from day one.
Your Day-to-Day:
You’ll be spearheading the customer experience – engaging with clients over the phone and via email to answer queries and assist with account management. This is a position where you’ll truly get to know your customers and become their trusted point of contact. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming calls and email enquiries
- Providing product knowledge and support with a warm, professional approach
- Troubleshooting issues with care and efficiency
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Collaborating with internal teams such as Sales and Marketing to enhance customer satisfaction
